Monday Strength Workout (35 minutes)

australian pull ups, push ups, chair dips, calf raises, hip thrusts, front, side, and two kinds of back leg lifts with 10 lb weights on my legs. Also- over an hour of walking.

on the SIUE Nature Preserve dirt trail.

Swimming (35 minutes)

10  laps freestyle, 5 laps back stroke, 10 laps freestyle, 3 laps kickboard (with flippers).

Thursday Running (35 minutes)

while pushing the jogging stroller.

On a country road. Sunny and marvelous today! Adding sumo squats to my strength workout seems to be helping me run faster/more effectively.
