Thursday Swimming (50 minutes)

Swam 1 mile. 15 laps freestyle, 3 laps backstroke, 15 laps freestyle, 2 laps backstroke. Also, cleaned for 2 hours

Wednesday Lifting (80 minutes)

Skipped rolls and burnout lifts. Did not too much abs either.

Tuesday CW (1 hour 45 minutes)

1 hour drilling. Front headlock to head in the middle, to cradle, then sit out and put them on their shoulders (like spladle). Front headlock with guillotine locked in, then flip them over and mount them.

Monday BJJ Gi Class (2 hours)

Did 5 of 5 again - 5 takedowns, 5 back take escapes, 5 guard breaks, 5 mount escapes, and 5 sweeps. Worked an omaplata from a failed scissor sweep. Also worked omaplata from standing up to escape scissor sweep.

Monday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (70 minutes)

Skipped rolls, burnout lifts, and only did some yoga and abs. Did a 45 second plank. 

Also- on my feet all day subbing for PE

Saturday Open Mat HS (45 minutes)

Good rolls. Worked on hip throw to americana, cement mixer to americana, and guillotine when they go for a single leg or lower body attack. Got tapped to an arm bar by rough new guy. Can't remember getting tapped to anything else.

Saturday Trail Running (30 minutes)

Left hip still bothering me.
