Saturday Open Mat (90 minutes)
Worked on low single leg takedowns and did live wrestling from that position. Got knee stomped by Q, we'll see how that heals

Friday Swimming/HIIT Workout (30 minutes)
8 HIIT/Sprint laps and 8 backstroke laps. Also 20-30 minutes playing with kids in the pool after wards
Friday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2 hours)
skipped chest presses, pull ups, and push ups because I'm swimming later and don't want to burn out my upper body

Mostly bodyweight training, lighter lifts, and abs. Showing lifting to youth group for church.

Tuesday 10thP JJ (90 minutes)
1 hour drilling, arm bar from back control, arm bar from guard, to switch legs arm bar on other arm, then the barato plata from closed guard as well. Also- when you get the arm bar from back control, but they catch your foot, so you hop over on to your own foot to go to 4-11. Also- 4 rolls with Blake, James, and Dwight (twice)
Also- ONE HOUR OF BIG SHOVEL YARD WORK
