And Pushing a Little Harder Still...

Same thing;
10 min. Pilate ab workout and then 20 min. on the bike, but a little faster at 11.5-12.5 mph for a total of 3.9 miles covered. The back is still giving me fits. Gr.

I wonder if your back needs to re-grow muscle around scar tissue like when I have to re-grow muscles after a c-section? I'm not sure how much scar tissue a spinal tap causes though.

thanks guys! i'm taking the day off because i can barely walk. even stretching just makes things worse.
and that's a good thought timpani, i have no idea. it's just a little (well, okay, it's admittedly a big, honkin' monster) needle, so how much would you have to regrow from that? although, as time goes on with not very much improvement at all, or psuedo improvement where i think i'm doing better, but not pushing ANYTHING because i'm being super-duper cautious, and everything goes all south again, that it might be a spinal tap thing. i have been to physical therapy for lower back problems before, so i know some stuff about how to make it all better, but nothing's working this time. i think i'm going to give it two more weeks, and then i'm calling the doctor. i'm sick, sick, SICK of not being able to do what i want, when i want, how i want!!! and i gained fifteen $#&% pounds during this last thing. i want it off! right now!!!!! and if i can't even exercise like i want, that will be impossible. ARGH!!!
