I dragged my lazy carcass downstairs and rode that durn bike for 40 minutes this morning. I've also been practicing my piano like a crazed woman trying to fight off a nervous breakdown, but I don't feel like posting that everyday. Once this program is over and my immediate need to practice is gone, I'll have more need of someone to report that to.

Good job on the exercise bike! You sure you don't want to borrow some kickboxing tapes or something to tide you over until your hips feels better?
