Not Much to Report

I forgot to post yesterday, but I don't have much to tell you.  I didn't work out because my leg still hurts quite a bit (although getting better today), and then I started my girly time, so it will be a couple of days before I work out again.
However, I did weigh in yesterday.  I forgot to log that last week.  I broke 130 last week!  No good!  So, I started Weight Watchers counting last week, and I'm down a pound at yesterday's weigh in.  And of course, with the girly time, I'm hoping I'm down a lot more this Monday, because I have a cardiologist appointment, and the last time I saw him it was 35 lbs ago.  I'd really like to get closer to the 40 I HAD lost, just to wow him, lol!

Wow! Way to hold down the fort! This has been the first time I've checked the blog since I have been doing a crazy amount of nursing with this baby. Good job lady! keep it up!

thanks! i've really got to get in shape to do the triathlon! i got some long spandex today for the colder weather, and a good running jacket, with zipper pockets. that'll make running a lot easier, places to keep keys, my phone, my pepper spray...:D
