I did my 1.5 loop in 20-25 min.  It was a lot harder though.  My left inner quad is really hurting (I think I pulled it or something on Wednesday's run), and my right ankle is hurting (that started yesterday with Jillian). 
Next week I'll probably do a lot more biking or the machine, and dial back on the running until my legs are totally fit again.  I'm trying to find a pool to swim at as well.
