I ran my 1.5 mile loop today in about 20ish minutes.  I also did the longest leg of running on the loop than I've ever done before!  Go me! :D

just caught up! when i started running i had to literally double my protein to not feel yucky (100 grams instead of 50 a day). plus, you just added a REALLY intense strength regime to boot! good job!
