Thursday and Saturday Running (40 and 45 minutes)
I did more push ups on Thursday (60 total). I forgot today though because I was running with my 8 yr old daughter. I'm running my first race with her on November 15th for this program she is a part of called Girls on the Run. It's a 5K.

Wednesday Swimming 1 mile Thursday Running 45 minutes
Plus 6 sets of 10 push ups (60 push ups total) on the run today.

Tuesday Biking 75 minutes (while pulling the bike trailer)
The baby was good the whole time! He is so awesome.
Monday Running 45 minutes + 50 push ups
I think push ups and pulling the bike trailer are going to be my strength workout until the weather traps me inside again.

Thursday Biking 1 hour (while pulling the bike trailer)
Stressed out and tired today, but I finally was able to go biking with T in the trailer when the rain cleared, the baby woke up, and all the stars aligned!

Wednesday Trail Running 55 minutes
My left knee seems to be getting better, or maybe it just tolerates trail running better than paved running.
