Thursday and Friday MA Class & Moving (5 hours)

2 hour MA class that was definitely a workout the whole time and 3 hours moving heavy furniture and cleaning to switch my kid's rooms up.

Wednesday Swimming (30 minutes)

10 laps freestyle, 2 laps backstroke, 10 laps freestyle, 2 laps backstroke.

Wednesday Strength Workout (45 minutes)

Remembered abs. Skipped hack squats and shoulder presses as my left shoulder is bugging me.

Plus, an hour of shopping.

Tuesday Biking (40 minutes)

Tired today, less tension on the bike gears due to tired.

Monday Lifting/Bodyweight training (45 minutes)

Remembered abs. Alternated two kinds of pull ups, two kinds of push ups, dead lifts & sumo dead lifts (with 140 lbs), squats & shoulder presses (60 lbs), plus hip thrusts (60 lbs) alternated with chair dips (bodyweight). Still laying off hack squats and calf raises due to right ankle issues.
