Monday Trail Running/HIIT Workout (35 minutes)

Warmed up with 15 minutes of slow walk/run intervals on the cross country trail. Ran hills 4 times for HIIT workout/hill sprints on the cross country trail hills.

Pretty much just ran 5 minutes, walked 5 minutes, the whole time. (5-6 intervals?)

Skipped abs. Still tired out from dental work yesterday.

Skipped abs, but did some yoga at the end.

Plus, 2 hours grocery shopping today.

Tuesday Trail Running HIIT workout (50 minutes)

Did FOUR five minute trail running intervals between 5-10 minute walking intervals. Then, discovered this great soft grassy hill on the cross country trail (which I knew was there, but forgot) that would be great for 1-2 minute HIIT intervals to get my HIIT workout in for the week. Did 4 HIIT intervals of 1-2 minutes each at the end of the workout.
