Tuesday Nogi Jiu jitsu (2 hours)

30 minutes of drilling, positional sparring, then real sparring. Also about 20 minutes at  the end showing a bunch of girls hip throws

Thursday Nogi Bjj (90 minutes)

30 minutes drilling half guard escapes. Drive hand under or throw hand over, put hip to the ground, knee slide out. 1 hour rolling with lots of blue belts
