And We're Back to Biking!

I did THIRTY MINUTES today! It just felt so dang good to be back on the stinkin' thing! I didn't go fast or anything like that, and it was on the lowest tension setting and stuff, but still! I think after months of hiatus, that's pretty darn good! *liz pats herself on the back* So, stats;
30 minutes at 9.5-10.5 mph for a total of 5.1 miles covered. BOOYAH!

good job chick! it feels good right? keep doing it. when it starts to get boring you need to switch it up. or do that before it does. maybe buy a bicycle and see some scenery? swimming is also a really good work out. good job!!

WOOOOOOTT! I love cardio for that "feel good" feeling. Tension is just for strength anyway. Save strength for another day and savor the cardio!
