I am so trying to fight off the winter lazies! Today I actually did abs, and an upper body weight routine, then I ran 30 minutes of stairs. When is Spring?

ooooo, strength workouts. any good suggestions for strengthening one leg so that it catches up to the other one? i'm a little at a loss here....good job!
