Strength/Running in Place 30 minutes

Running in place- 10 minutes, strength 20 minutes.

It was kind of a "blah" workout since I am still feeling really tired from strep throat and antibiotics, and taking care of the two sick kids with antibiotics. I also ran around the house finding all cups and toothbrushes to sanitize them in vinegar and run them through the dishwasher.

ugh, the joys of strep. way to go getting a work out in there though! good heavens, that's dedication!!
