Well, I was going to post about Saturday's workout in conjunction with today's, so it didn't look so wimpy, but my basement if flooded in sewer water, making it rather difficult to even get to my trusty bike. Bother.
So, Saturday was just four hours of errand running, most of which consisted of The Great Search for Boots. (see The Wonderful World of Liz for more details) I was shaking with weariness and my recently healed broken leg was one huge mass of cramps at the end of it, so I counted it as good.

What, you didn't want to use the exercise bike covered in sewer water? Psha!

Just kidding, errand running should definitely count as a strength workout. My legs always feel like jelly after a day of shopping!

yeah, jelly doesn't even cover it, lol! i was definitely DONE by the end! ;P
