Saturday Exercise Bike + Strength Workout (1 hour total)

Exercise bike- 10 min. high tension bike, 3 swatting fly sessions 2 minutes each, 30 minutes each.

Strength- 10 minutes arms (with 10 lb free weights), 10 minutes abs (with 100 crunches), 10 minutes legs (with no leg weights this time).

Plus- 3 hours of deep cleaning
