Friday JM 30 Day Shred Workout 2 (25 minutes)

With 10 lb free weights.

I ran 3 miles yesterday (in the pouring rain!) and forgot to post.

Murder me now. I am so tired. I also made a garden gate on Wednesday instead of swimming and it made this workout today extra hard. Hammering, sawing, bolting, etc.for 3 hours all making my upper body sore. Plus, I definitely do not recover as well from workouts with crappy broken sleep from being up all night with the baby. Wow, I sound moody. I really am happy, just tired.

oh my freaking heck girl, i feel your pain radiating out from the computer. hopefully you can get some more rest this weekend now that you have a tag team member on board, and not at work!!
