Friday JM Banish Fat Boost Metabolism 45 minutes
Holy cow! Lots of JM this week. This DVD wasn't as hard this time. I think it was because my ankles are stronger (for all the jump moves) from trail running on Saturdays. I had another rough night with the baby last night and (TMI TMI TMI) I have the nipple blisters to prove it!
