Wednesday Swimming 50 minutes

10 minutes breast stroke
10 minutes freestyle
5 minutes back stroke
5 minutes freestyle 
5 minutes back stroke
5 minutes freestyle
5 minutes back stroke
5 minutes kick board

T slept better last night, but now I have the cold of course. I got out in the garden this afternoon for about 1/2 hour, and for some reason that made me feel better. Anyway, so I added 5 minutes to my swim despite all that!
