Monday JM 30 day shred workout 2 (25 minutes)

With 10 lb free weights.

The three pounds I gained has not gone away, and I've gained four more! I've tried cutting back on sugar, but I failed this week and re-gained the pound I had lost. So frustrating! I cannot diet while b'fing. I've tried. It was bad.

Also- weeding for an hour.
