Wednesday

I did Gillian today, 25 min level 1 of 30 day shred.  And she TOTALLY kicked my butt.  However, I did way way better than I ever have before, so that's really cool.  I have no idea where that came from, but I'll sure take it!

Wednesday JM 30 day shred workout 1 (25 minutes)

With 10 lb free weights. I really really really did not want to workout today. The pathetic sick baby got up early and sucked the life out of me most of the day. I made myself workout during his morning nap. I'm also going to do some church volleyball tonight. That should be fun.

Tuesday Running 3 miles (38 minutes)

Hot. Yuck. Blah. I also was holding a sick feverish baby most of the day (except during his naps). That was fun too ;)

Yesterday and Today

Last week didn't go so well.  I'm hoping this week will go much better. 
I weighed in yesterday at 136, so I lost a pound!  Woo!  I haven't been doing super awesome, but obviously I'm doing better than I was.  :)
I did my elliptical/bike machine for an hour today.  (it is way freaking hot for me to be running or anything right now, even in the morning)  I did a total of 13ish miles.  I did it in intervals of 5-10 min bike and 10-15 min elliptical.  I have reeeeally improved on that thing! 
I'm thinking Gillian tomorrow, but we'll see.

Saturday Running 45 minutes (paved trail)

I was hoping to hit some dirt trails off the paved part of the watershed nature trail, but the tornado a few months ago seems to have effectively closed them down. I also mowed the lawn on Wednesday, and then Big E brought home a bad cold that knocked me on my butt for two days. Back in the saddle!

Tuesday Running 2 1/2 miles (35 minutes)

Donkey butt slow, and then I had to walk the last 1/2 mile (walk of shame for me). I forgot I had done some running yesterday (alongside the kids on their bikes for 1 1/2 hours). I wanted to make sure and get three runs in this week, and I guess I've gotten two in already!
