Wednesday JM 30 day shred workout 1 (25 minutes)

With 10 lb free weights. I really really really did not want to workout today. The pathetic sick baby got up early and sucked the life out of me most of the day. I made myself workout during his morning nap. I'm also going to do some church volleyball tonight. That should be fun.

we did the same workout today! although, i only used about 2 lbs instead of 10...but i'm still awesome! lol! and so are you. :)
