Last week didn't go so well.  I'm hoping this week will go much better.  
I weighed in yesterday at 136, so I lost a pound!  Woo!  I haven't been doing super awesome, but obviously I'm doing better than I was.  :)
I did my elliptical/bike machine for an hour today.  (it is way freaking hot for me to be running or anything right now, even in the morning)  I did a total of 13ish miles.  I did it in intervals of 5-10 min bike and 10-15 min elliptical.  I have reeeeally improved on that thing!  
I'm thinking Gillian tomorrow, but we'll see.
