Friday Speed Work

Intervals. 4 @ 1/2 mile, nearly as fast as I could. 2 @ 1/4 mile, as fast as I could possibly go. It's amazing how long 1/4 mile can be! Total distance covered 4.5 miles (this includes the catch breath in the middle of intervals).

I'm not brave enough to try this kind of workout yet! Are you sore the next day after you do one of these workouts?
