Chugging Along

Same workout as yesterday, except I did 12 minutes @ 12ish mph for a total of 2.3 miles covered, and then the same Pilates stretching workout. My ankle feels better, I think the stretches are helping.
@Timpani--it might be shoes, but I'm home so much that I really don't wear them that often...who knows. ;P

How long are you doing the Pilates for? I think you should count that towards your total time if you do them both at once. Keep chugging! Woo woo! Chugga chugga Liz! Woo woo!

lol! you make me laugh. i'm doing a ten minute workout, so i guess my total time yesterday was 22 minutes. i'm definitely sore, so i should be counting it, lol!
