Rough Week

Well, I was sick for Monday and Tuesday, and I wrenched my knee a little this week, so I've been laying off the working out until today. I'm all better (yay for immune systems!), and my knee feels fine, so I did a dancing workout today. (bike is still broken) Also, the cool down stretching whatever. I think it was a little over 20 minutes.

I hate it when I hurt my knees! Those just seem like the most painful place. Sorry your bike is still broke :(
