Tuesday Exercise Bike 40 minutes, Marching in Place 20 minutes

I was going to do a pregnancy strength workout DVD today, but I woke up with a nasty pain in my neck and shoulder (a crick?). I couldn't do anything with my arms without being in pain that made me want to throw up, so I opted for the exercise bike.

I was aiming for 45 minutes on the bike, but then I got overheated (even though I was inside, in air conditioning, with a big box fan pointed at me). Pregnancy!

I hear you! Working out during pregnancy can be depressing. I always just seemed to get progressively slower and able to do less. But hey, you get a wonderful baby out of the deal. It's worth it.
