Monday swimming 30 minutes

5 minutes breast stroke
5 minutes freestyle
5 minutes back stroke
10 minutes freestyle sprints half laps/ back stroke return lap
5 minutes kick board (with flippers!)

My first time using flippers and those were so much FUN!

is swimming a good workout for your back? it totally sucks that it's still giving you trouble!!
also, aren't flippers great?!! i love them, lol!
