Monday JM 30 Day shred level 2 + extras (35 minutes)

I used the 10 lb free weights for JM and the 20 lb weight for the extras. I managed 10 push ups at the end too with less trouble than last week. I might up it to 15 next week. 

I also went walking for about an hour yesterday because my PPD was acting up and I needed some "sun therapy". Yay for sunny days when I need them!
