Friday & Tuesday

I did 40 minutes of stair running on Friday.

I did 6 miles of the mega hill route today.

The hills on Team Alton's hill route make the hills in my neighborhood look pathetic. Once you get back on your feet, you are going to have to join our little running group. Not to worry, there are literally ALL speeds. I GUARANTEE you could keep up with at least some of them. I could even show you a couple of places along the trail to hop in if you don't want to run the entire 6 at first. And no, you don't have to do the hill route. Tuesday is hill day, but not everybody does them. There is always a group doing the normal route too. I only just started doing the hill run a few weeks ago. I think I'm going to be a permanent installment though. I think you'd love our group! The only bad thing is getting up so early. It is good not to have to worry about how to fit it into my day though. However, I occasionally have a day where I am so completely wiped out that I'm useless all day from getting up so early. I just need to learn to get to bed a bit earlier I guess.
