freezer meals! i'm just getting into those. what did you do today? :D
I pre-cooked all the brown rice in the house, and separated it into freezer bags in the portion size I need for dinners. I use brown rice in all my asian dishes. The brown rice alone took a couple of hours. I also baked a double batch of apple pumpkin muffins for easy breakfast food (with no sugar, low fat, and with whole grain flour like I like to use). Those took about an hour and half.
