Wednesday Running/Walking (2 Miles) + Abs 40 minutes

I did Couch to 5K Week 4 Day 2. I ran 1 1/2 miles total, plus 1/2 mile total walking in 30 minutes. Plus, I got to run in the rain! Woot! The abs was all standing abs, and some calf raises to fill out the last 10 minutes.
