Trail Running 40 minutes

And, I think I may have broken my pinky toe when I caught it on a tree root. Ouch! It's either broken or jammed pretty bad (bruised, swollen, etc.) so I may have to take a week or so off exercise. Drat! I just stepped on the scale this morning and I had lost 3 of the 9 lbs I had gained back when I started exercising again. I hate set backs! Glaarrrggghhhh!

oh my gosh, i SO hear you on set backs! argh! and if that toe is broken, girl you need to be taking more than a week off running at least. you need at least six weeks or it'll never heal right, and take a lot longer to heal to boot. meaning it will hurt longer. trust me, i've had about 123984792374928379 broken toes. ;)
