My wife and dear Liz know, but I wanted to let you all know that I tested and received my black belt 1st degree in Kajukenbo Saturday July 11th.
Unfortunately, the only camera was cell phone. Hopefully I can find some good ones.
Just wanted to thank y'all for the support as I tried to better my shape for this. I would probably be in less pain if I tried harder ;)
