Tuesday Strength Workout/ Running in Place 45 minutes

20 minutes running in place, then on to abs and arms with only calf raises for my legs.

Where is everybody?

been feeling yucky and off, so haven't worked out this week. besides, it was your turn to be the lone poster, lol! good job, energizer bunny!
