I did 20 minutes of dance today, two ten minute workouts.  One of them was the high energy calorie burner.  Whew!  That's all I have to say.

About your other comment- I think the more intense workouts because they give me more energy and create more intense feelings of contentment, relief, etc.

i was mainly kidding about the intense workout hatred. i mean, i can totally see the benefits! it's just right now, they suck, lol!!
