Wednesday JM + Running (65 minutes total)

JM 30 day shred workout 1 with 10 lb free weights- 25 minutes
Running 3 miles- flats- 40 minutes (SLOW tonight, had to walk for 1/4 mile too because I pooped out a little)

Also- took the kids to the pool for 1 1/2 hours.
