Monday JM 30 Day Shred Workout 1 (25 minutes)

With 10 lb free weights.

Did 7 real push ups on the first set and 4 on the second (before switching to knee push ups). Getting stronger!

Things are getting a little easier with T. He sleeps in two 3 hour chunks most nights, and then gets up every 2 hours after that (for a total of 10 hours). He also nurses less often so my boobs don't hurt anymore.
