Tuesday JM 30 day shed workout 1 (25 minutes)

With 10 lb free weights.

Plus- too much stuff to do today!

i totally remember that stage of sleep deprivation where you just feel like every minute is an eternity and you deserve a medal for making it through it alive, with baby/children/husband intact. and to top it off, you are working out to, so MAJOR props to you!! hang in there!
