Thursday Running 35 minutes (3 miles)

I was fast, for me, despite being tired from starting up the JM workouts. Woot for running during the day again!

that's just a little over 10 min. miles, girl! that's awesome! i should start timing myself in addition to keeping track of distance. way to go! and yay for soaking up vitamin D at the same time, woot!
