Getting Back at It

I worked out everyday last week except Friday (and Sunday). I was just too busy Friday. I did horrible on the diet! Saturday I ran 13 miles with Trent.

Today I'm going back to spark people and going to try again, even though I don't really feel like I'm getting much of anywhere. I did Jillian RI30, week 4 today. I didn't even die! (but it was still hard).

yay for good workouts! sorry you are still struggling with the diet! you are in good company, i'm having trouble too. stupid weight!! >:(

Yay for working out everyday! That is my goal most of the time.
