Saturday Strength Workout 35 minutes Running in Place 25 minutes (1 Hour Total)

Yep, too hot to run outside, so I went indoors for my inside workout. I'm still not back up to 5 hours of exercise a week, but maybe next week. I also need to get back into TWO strength workouts a week. Rah!

One of these days I need to start strength training again! I don't know how you fit it all in!
