Tuesday Running/ Walking 45 minutes

Sorry again Renae for forgetting my turn to babysit!!! :(

Plus, weeding for 3 hours and yard work for 1 hour.

Running Report--I ran 2 miles in 25 minutes with BIG hills and then walked for 3/4 mile (20 mintues). My legs were sore from that strength workout on Saturday (as my arms were for swimming yesterday). I need to get back into that strength workout routine so I'm not sore for days after!
