Tuesday Running/Walking 45 minutes, Abs 15 minutes

I think I'm going to take tomorrow off though. My abs are so sore!

Running Report- I ran for 30 minutes with BIG hills (2 miles) and then walked for 15 minutes to cool down (3/4 mile).
