Wednesday Swimming 1 Hour

I got all 20 minutes of freestyle this time! Woot! I also got two laps of "sprinting" freestyle and it felt so good to end the workout that way.Then I cooled down from my sprint with 5 minutes of kick board and 5 minutes of stretching.

I need to be better about stretching. I have been really sore lately.
