A Good Day

The weather worked with me! My friend and I went for quite the long walk- the kids thought it was too long. Now I feel amazing!
Why is there such a disconnect between feeling icky and not wanting to work out and feeling fantastic after a workout? I should want to do these things that make me feel good!

I know! It's like making yourself get going and exercise is the hardest part. Sort of like how getting up in the morning is the hardest part of the day.
