Monday- Swimming 1 hour, Abs 10 minutes

My swim felt great tonight! Hopefully, my run tomorrow will turn out as good ;)
200 crunches mixed in with other ab work.

End of the month- I start an 8 week Yoga class with my sister at the e-ville YMCA. I'll let you guys know how that goes!

yay for good workouts! and eek, yoga. that's one that definitly intimidates me. good luck with that one, lol!
