Move it!

Helping somebody move is sweet strength training. I'm figuring about two hours- nothing but stairs and boxes! Stairs and boxes!

I totally agree! I rarely sweat, but helping with moving always does the trick. I hope you're not too sore tomorrow ;)

lol! the moving workout! we'll add that to the 'swiffer' workout, the one where you deep clean your whole house. good work!
