Friday Exercise Bike/ Marching in Place 45 minutes

Exercise Bike- 30 minutes, marching in place 15 minutes. I didn't think I would be able to make the whole 30 minutes, but I did. Woot!

I took Liz's advice and upped my protein, mostly in the form of milk. The milk also helped with the dying of thirst feeling I had in the days after the stomach flu.

i became a beef jerky addict for a couple of days. it really helped. yay for finishing it out!
